Add your products, variants, and modifiers in Products.
Create a menu, organize its sections, and assign products without duplicating them.
Enable Website Embed visibility on both the menu and its products, then publish the menu.
Open Settings → Website Embeds. Choose the menu, presentation, and display-only or ordering mode.
Copy the generated snippet into your website’s custom HTML or embed block. Test the published page on desktop and mobile.
For ordering, also configure pickup locations, hours, customer details, and payments. The cart runs inside the platform frame—not in your website’s code.
Sales setup
Ask the questions that make quoting easier.
Start with the Catering Inquiry template in Forms.
Collect the event date, guest count, venue, service duration, service selection, and contact details.
Configure booking capacity around your actual people and resources, not a blanket one-event-per-day rule.
Choose whether to collect an inquiry, save an internal estimate, or show the customer a non-binding estimate.
Publish the form and test a complete submission before adding it to your website.
An instant estimate is not an accepted quote or a reserved booking. Quote acceptance, contract signature, and the configured payment condition remain separate steps.
Operations checklist
Make service day easier before it starts.
Confirm the venue, timezone, service window, access instructions, and customer contact.
Check that the contract and required payment condition are satisfied.
Assign available staff and the right resources. Resolve conflicts before the event.
Build a checklist for setup, power, water, stock, and teardown using your own service requirements.
Review the mobile event brief, then reconcile orders and outstanding balances after service.
Keep scope changes explicit. A dedicated post-event overage workflow is not yet available; do not treat notes as a new payment authorization.
