01Inquiries & leads
Capture inquiries directly from your website.
Build an inquiry form with the details you need to quote. Each submission creates a lead with the customer, event date, service, and notes attached.
- Ask the questions your service needs.
- Event details, guest count, duration, location, service selections, add-ons, contact information, and customer notes.
- Track where inquiries come from.
- Capture lead sources and campaign attribution alongside the submission. Configure date and time fields for requested pickup details; checkout manages actual pickup availability.

06Website embeds
Take inquiries and pickup orders on your website.
Add a form or menu with PickupDock’s embed code. Submissions appear in Leads; paid orders appear in Orders with the customer’s selections and pickup time.
- Choose what customers can do.
- Capture inquiries, quote requests, and booking details through configurable forms. Display a menu or enable pickup ordering with a secure cart.
- Copy the code. Place it on your site.
- Get an embed snippet in settings for Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or custom HTML sites that permit embeds. Configure the presentation to fit your brand.
Booking forms collect a request; they do not promise an instantly confirmed event. Confirmation follows your configured agreement and payment requirements.

Questions, answered.
Do I need to replace my website?
No. Keep your existing website and add a PickupDock form or menu using the embed code from settings. Your website builder must allow the required iframe or script embed.
Is PickupDock only for pickup orders?
No. PickupDock connects inquiries, quotes, contracts, deposits, bookings, event operations, menus, customer history, and reporting. Pickup ordering is one part of the platform.
How are customer payments handled?
Connect your business’s Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Deposits, balances, and storefront payments are linked to the relevant records. Payment processing fees and any configured platform fees are separate from account creation.
Is the information shown on this page live?
No. Every product preview uses fictional sample data to explain a workflow. Preview controls do not submit forms, place orders, charge customers, or call an AI provider.
