PickupDock calculates the total from the order or booking, including applicable tax, tips, and fees.
Separate platform subscription
Your PickupDock subscription uses a separate Stripe Billing flow. It is not a substitute for connecting your merchant payment account.
Website compatibility
Embed into the site you already maintain.
Use a custom HTML or embed block that permits scripts and iframes. Your website plan and security settings must allow the platform-hosted widget.

Email and SMS
Send order updates and campaigns after delivery providers are configured and the delivery service is running. Marketing messages require customer consent.

Ask AI requires a configured provider. It can use only supported tools and records your role permits you to access.

Is there a native Google Calendar, QuickBooks, or Zapier integration?
These native integrations are not currently offered. PickupDock includes its own booking calendar and reporting; website compatibility should not be confused with third-party data sync.
Do you need my website database credentials?
No. PickupDock hosts the form or menu. The embed does not give your website access to private business records or database credentials.
Can I accept payments before connecting Stripe?
No. Live customer checkout requires an eligible connected merchant account and a correctly configured payment integration.
