Your first subscription includes a 7-day free trial. Payment method required. Then $179.88 is charged upfront for 12 months and renews annually unless cancelled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first annual charge.
USD, billed annually in one payment. Stripe processing fees are separate. The service fee is deducted from your payment proceeds, not added to your customer’s bill.
Paid checkout is not available yet. Creating an account does not start a subscription or charge you.

Your PickupDock subscription
Your annual software subscription is billed through Stripe Billing. Manage your payment method, subscription invoices, and cancellation in Settings → Billing.
Your customers’ payments
Order, deposit, and balance payments go through your connected Stripe account. PickupDock’s service fee and Stripe’s processing fees are deducted separately. Connect your account in Settings → Payments.
Pricing questions.
How is the service fee calculated?
The fee applies to the amount collected after discounts, excluding tax and tips. Merchant-added service charges are included. Deposits and balances are charged separately on their own eligible amounts, not twice on the full booking value.
Does creating an account charge me?
No. You must review and confirm the subscription in Stripe checkout. The trial begins when you complete subscription checkout, not when you create your account. Cancel in Settings → Billing before the trial ends to avoid the annual charge.
Do transaction fees apply during the trial?
Yes. The trial delays the annual subscription charge only. The service fee and Stripe processing fees still apply to customer payments.
Can I cancel?
Open Settings → Billing to review and confirm cancellation in Stripe’s secure portal. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect.
Are Stripe processing fees included?
No. Stripe processing fees are separate from the annual subscription and PickupDock service fee.
What happens to an existing account?
Your existing subscription is not changed automatically. Review new pricing and confirm a subscription change before it takes effect.
